The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Understanding and successfully applying and training Agile and Lean norms inside the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master produces and provides an setting for constant learning and relentless progress.
• Helping the delivery squads to manage needs with other squads and conveying status of these needs as necessary. Collaborating with other agile ability crews to recognize, encourage, and implement best procedures and lessons learned to improve team and program performance.
• Helping crew to eliminate any execution roadblocks
• Managing smaller ventures primarily inside IT application space
• Supporting IT manager in regular operations

The Candidate should have:

• Bachelor of Science in:
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • or comparable knowledge in the fields of application / software engineering
• 2 or more years’ involvement in Scrum Master role (or Project Manager wanting to grow as Scrum Master), with determined skills
• Experience and sense of agile rules, standards, methods, and scrum theory
• Capability to protect team by saying “no” if necessary
• IT Applications / business system experience (SAP would be a bonus)
• Capability to lead 2 international groups at once
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• On-hand familiarity with:
  • Jira
  • Jira Align
  • Confluence
• Sense of ITIL framework
• Understanding with providing workshops and demonstrations
• Earlier practice in a leadership role
