Seargin is looking for an SAP Training Lead

The main tasks for the SAP Training Lead will be:
- Supporting factory leads in performing the following activities:
- Conducting End-User Network Analysis (Collecting the list of users to be trained, User – SAP Role mapping, Course – SAP Role Mapping)
- Collecting the Localization/Translation demands
- Looking for Local Trainers (if required)
- Gathering the requirements related to Work Council, Unions, etc. and getting required approvals prior to the start of training
- Administering localized/translated materials, preparing local trainers to deliver the training on localized process and training delivery in local language
- Tracking the attendance and gathering feedback
- Assessing the requirements for refresher sessions
- Developing a detailed training plan
- Customizing the global templates as per the country’s requirement within their cluster
- Assuring the cluster level trainer’s readiness and resolving the conflicts regarding their availability for the training delivery. Raising resourcing gaps to Cluster Deployment Manager
- Sharing best practices amongst different countries within their clusters for training delivery and optimization of the training duration
- Seeking the involvement of the factory manager when training communication or needs are not being fulfilled
- Providing all country deliverables related to training are submitted on time (i.e., Training curriculum, needs analysis, training outlines)
- Supervising training activities for the countries, including progress monitoring, communication, and feedback for the assigned module
- Preparing reports for the Cluster Deployment Manager on progress, risks, and issues for local Training activities
- Coordinating and aligning with Global Team for Global training with regards to changes in training content and curriculum
The Candidate should have:
- Educational background with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or master’s degree in business administration, or relevant field.
- Excellent presentation, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Understanding the organization structure and ability to manage stakeholders in the matrix organization
- Several years of professional experience in operational, strategic, and conceptual training with a strong background in S4/HANA implementation
- Track record of training leadership success
- Proven leadership ability to motivate and navigate team
- Broad working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
