Seargin is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Lead

The main tasks for the SAP SuccessFactors Lead will be:
  • Leading the SuccessFactors work stream
  • Guiding and developing direct reports as part of responsible delivery team, including managed services partner resources
  • Being a role model and mentor
  • Supervising day-to-day team operation and performance
  • Being first escalation point for team members on issues and questions related to the functional area of the team
  • Working as an individual contributor on projects and backlog assignments while mentoring and leading the team
  • Monitoring the status of work and identifying and solving problems
  • Motivating the team to achieve goals and sharing knowledge and skills to improve teams confidence, product expertise and communication
  • Collaborating with the solution architects to deliver best solutions and security teams to evaluate new engagements/vendors
  • Participating in review meetings of the Architecture Review Board
  • Consulting with COE teams and providing technical specifications to produce custom solutions
  • Approving unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be affected by the change
  • Collecting and conducting accurate analysis of all available information
  • Keeping relationship with colleagues with superb communication
  • Working closely with colleagues in the industry, to rapidly understand new requirements or problems, and then propose a possible solution
  • Managing incident and issues for assigned functional areas and customer groups to support day-to-day operations, providing compliance with stage gate and internal controls
  • Managing monthly enhancement cycle process for development steps

The Candidate should have:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven professional combined background in
    • Configuration experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for at least 10 years
    • With SuccessFactors Employee Central for at least 5 years
  • Experience with
    • At least two full lifecycle implementation
    • Team leadership with ability to motivate others and resolve conflict
    • EC Data models and ability to configure
    • Web APIs. Specifically, SFAPI, SF Odata Query’s, any SOAP/REST API etc.
    • Configuration of Outbound Interface files from the Integration Center
  • Understand the drivers of organizational change and interdependencies among all the moving parts
  • Ability to
    • Collaborate with business partners to analyze new projects
    • Make governance decisions and provide transparency of portfolio investments
    • Stimulate, surface and shape business demands
    • Represent IT to the business
    • Communicate and defend IT policies and standards, and understand how IT services benefit the business
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Active Certifications for Success Factors
  • Experience in
    • Agile frameworks
      • SCRUM or KANBAN
    • Industry based in Chemicals/Energy
    • Deploying Employee Central Payroll
