Seargin is looking for a SAP Release Manager

The main tasks for the SAP Release Manager will be:

• Designing and implementing SAP release strategies for SAP department to enable efficient and effective delivery of SAP software
• Managing, planning and scheduling SAP delivery through the release lifecycle
• Providing coaching, direction and expertise. Ensuring that established release policies are well understood and followed by various groups, including functional and technical teams, business representatives and IT leadership
• Creating a release calendar for different projects and aligning the release process with sprints based way of working
• Reducing disruptions by monitoring process, coordinating with different teams and collecting feedback
• Communicating and reporting to respective stakeholders
• Making regular improvements to the release process, striving for consistent, on-time delivery of high quality releases

The Candidate should have:

• Experience in setting up and/or managing the standard software release management process
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Strong IT understanding and relevant work experience
• Familiarity with any SAP module and general understanding of SAP solutions
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
