The main tasks for the will be:

• ​Defining consistent system specific guidelines for the software development environment in line with central guidelines and solution excellence organisation
• Collaborating with Solution and IT Architects on the delivery of the IT Product functionalities
• Evaluating customer requirements from a technical perspective with appropriate estimation of workload and assisting in the design and development of proof of concept and prototypes
• Analyzing, developing and deploying IT Product & Solution code that satisfies design requirements
• Documenting specifications and supporting the creation of operational support manuals during the technical implementation
• Taking over responsibility for interface implementation and documentation
• Steering external and internal developer

The Candidate should have:

• Professional education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar areas
• Working background in development of applications based on SAP Master Data Governance, preferably for Customers (MDG-C)
• Experience in:
  • Requirement engineering and coordinating their implementation
  • Working with international teams and external providers
• Proficiency in SAP Master Data Management & Interface technologies like Webservices & SOAP/ REST APIs
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• German language skills
