Seargin is looking for an SAP HXM Integration Consultant

• Position: SAP HXM Integration Consultant

The main tasks for the SAP HXM Integration Consultant will be:

• Advising internal IT departments on integration possibilities
• Creating integration scenarios in SAP system using
  • BTP Integration Suite
  • CPI
  • ODATA Services
• Deploying integration monitoring processes and tools
• Monitoring of SAP integration technology and 3rd party tool roadmaps
• Strong alignment on activities with domain architects and configuration/development teams
• Cooperating with geographically dispersed business and IT teams
• Contracting and monitoring IT tasks with Internal and External Service Providers
• Preparation of project documentation

The Candidate should have:

• Working experience in Software Development, ideally in the field of
  • SAP Successfactors
  • SAP HCM
• Excellent skills in developing
  • ABAP/4
  • ODATA
• Great understanding of
  • E2E HR processes (especially in the personnel administration area)
  • SAP integration technologies
• Capability to work in a global team consisting of software developers and external service providers
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken), at least B2
