Seargin is looking for an SAP BW Consultant

  • Position: SAP BW Consultant

The main tasks for the SAP BW Consultant will be:
  • Producing technical deliverables in SAP BW by responding to business blueprints
  • Working together with the product owner, scrum master, and other cross-functional stakeholders to lead, co-define, evaluate and prioritize development tasks
  • Being the BW SPOC for the project team from a technical perspective and connecting them with the product team
  • Communicating with Agile team to understand goals, discussing technical options and design solutions, as well as creating end-to-end solutions.

The Candidate should have:
  • Expertise in SAP BW (v. 7.5) and SAP native HANA (front and back-end perspectives)
  • Background in dealing with Business Warehouse particulars related to the HR area, incl. ECC infotype consumption
  • Familiarity with ABAP routines for BW and extractor enhancements
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies for development, e.g., Employee Central and new generation front-end, i.e., SAC or Power BI
  • Desire to work in an Agile setup
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
