The Candidate should have:

• Knowledge of the latest development skills in BW 7.x on HANA: info provider types, data modelling possibilities, Real Time Reporting approach, LSA++;
• BW extraction using AMDP and ABAP routines and function modules to modify data for reporting requirements.
• Knowledge on management of BW hierarchy and SAP Roles and authorizations.
• Experience in BW improvements in HR functional environment having great understanding of backend HR structures , Info type concepts, dates delimitation etc.
• BI Front end – appropriate skills to transform business requirements into reports – mapping business requirements with BW technology and current solutions.
• BI Query Designer – advanced query and web application improvement and development skills, must have practical knowledge of CKF, RKF, cell evaluations, structures, conditions, exceptions and formulas. Query variables – processing by customer exits.
• Experience in SAP Lumira Designer
• Awareness of the latest development abilities in BW 7.x on HANA: info provider types, data modelling options, Real Time Reporting approach, LSA++;
• BW extraction using AMDP and ABAP routines and function modules to transform data for reporting requirements.
• Knowledge on managing BW hierarchy and SAP Roles and authorizations.
• Experience in BW developments in HR functional areas having good understanding of backend HR structures , Infotype concepts, dates delimitation etc.
• Extensive experience in Support projects.
• Experience of working in large and complex landscapes.
• Experience with the ITIL processes on Incidence management, Change management, Problem Management & service requests
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Good ABAP development capabilities and appropriate skills to support SAP BW delivery such as user-exists, routines in BW staging
