The main tasks for the Salesforce Solution Designer will be:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical design and develop robust and scalable solutions
• Analyzing business requirements, managing improvement processes, and contributing to the design, development, and release of new functionality for Salesforce
• Setting up and developing new functions in salesforce.com to meet new business needs
• Customizing product features and integrations with other systems
• Maintaining knowledge of new product versions and updates to maximize benefits from the systems we use
• Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions when required.

The Candidate should have:

• Appropriate higher education (can be the last year student)
• Professional background in a Systems Analyst role
• Working knowledge of CRM and databases
• Flexibility and creativity in developing solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong consulting and decision-making skills
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
