The main tasks for the RPA Process Designer will be:

• Evaluating automation applicants and their viability in collaboration with business stakeholders and development crew
• Planning procedures, identifying needs, and scope of work
• Advertising RPA inside the company and proactively looking for new automation prospects
• Conveying obstacles in a sensible and efficient way to the crew and stakeholders.

The Candidate should have:

• Excellent stakeholder managing abilities
• Practice in illustrating business procedures using BPMN or comparable standard
• Experience with robotic practices automation details and knowledge ho to conquer problems inhibiting its adoption and scaling
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
