Seargin is looking for a RPA Developer

Main tasks for the RPA Developer will be:

• Supporting the resolution of technical issues escalated by L1 / L2 Support
• Providing support in the development, change, and release management of code enhancements and projects
• Participating in:
  • The technical review
  • The root cause analysis of incidents and proactive management of potential issues
  • The disaster recovery efforts within the program
• Keeping operational documentation up to date
• Researching and recommending continual service improvements in the program

The Candidate should have:

• At least 2 years of experience as hands-on UiPath development in new solution development
• Technical expertise and learning capability to master RPA solutions that have been developed by others
• Familiarity with DevOps model and practice
• Experience in testing, release and operation support
• Willingness to support urgent request out of normal working hours if required
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Familiarity with:
  • Business and project management
  • ITIL framework and execution
  • Compliance/validation applied environment
