The main tasks for the Recruitment Analyst & Support will be:

• Coordinating recruitment procedure and managing assistance to heads of the Competency Center
• Organizing onboarding procedures of trainees together with the crew
• Energetically contributing in helping the development of Global Competency Approach through data collecting and data value assurance
• Arranging Power Point presentations and producing the documents as well as creating dashboards in Power BI or Excel through analyzing and collecting information
• Managing tasks among Competency Centre leaders and following up on the deliverables
• Working on less complicated progress assignments after the training with mentor assistance when one can handle, reporting, and resolving problems.
