• Position: Quality Analyst

• Localization: Remotely now/in Kraków after pandemic with one day remotely/week
• Form of employment: permanent contract

Main tasks for the Quality Analyst will be:

• Control the software quality within your agile development team while performing manual and automated testing activities. Provide quality development inputs to the product roadmap for service applications.
• Describe test plans to detect, analyze, and solve critical product problems, optimize team quality processes, and identify compliance with product standards. Implement and complete tests on numerous software applications in both desktop and web-based area, collaborating with different team members on test automation.
• Take a role as a scrum master, coordinating team evaluation and overview of work items during increase planning and fast planning activities. Coordinate with R&D leadership to communicate risks and delete blockers.
• Guarantee that product presentations are delivered successfully, tests are accurate and correctly performed and team activities are properly reported.
• Coordinate with the product owner and architect to create sprint backlogs. Ensure that product defects are reviewed regularly and prioritized based on risk and impact.
• Demonstrate company main values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions, team members, and support them.
• Coach team members on test responsibilities, quality processes, and agile processes.
• Work in an international team and communicate in English

The Candidate should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software quality with a focus on web application testing. Great web testing experience including frontend testing, API testing, security testing, and performance testing using relevant test technologies for JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS, C#.
• Proven qualifications as a quality leader within agile software development teams. Remarkable skills with application of software quality and agile development practices.
• Experience in software test planning, test execution, defect management via software work tracking technologies (Azure DevOps or TFS is desired)
• Testing proficieny within these technical areas would bring a significant contribution to the team: Windows and Linux environments, .NET, Docker, SQL, RESTful web API testing, JavaScript web applications.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework
• Test automation or basic software development skills
