The main tasks for the Python Developer will be:

• Helping clients use the power of innovation to better cope with change
• Using technologies like:
  • Python
  • Django
  • Git

The Candidate should have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Python Engineer
• Experience in presentation and implementation of development team processes/best practices for environments, security, coding standards, QA processes, etc
• A key participant in many high-quality projects that have been delivered within budget/timelines
• Experience the design and implementation of microservice architecture
• Be a passionate technologist with great enthusiasm for learning and researching new technology trends and applying this knowledge to solve customer needs
• Good understanding of CI/CD best practices
• Understand the architecture of building high performant and scalable systems
• An analytical spirit with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Background in working in an agile environment
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs & applying best programming practices using the Django Rest Framework
• In-depth knowledge of Linux (bash scripting, installing packages, troubleshooting, etc)
• Experience in the area of security patterns such as distributed authentication, GDPR compliant data solutions, etc
• Experience with:
  • Mobile Telecoms
  • Django Web Framework
  • SQL/PostgreSQL
  • Nginx/Gunicorn
  • Git
  • Caching solution
• Celery for inter-service communication and asynchronous solutions
• Front end development skills – Django Templates/CSS/JS/HTML
• Experience in adapting the Django Admin to the requirements of the system administrator
• High skills in software engineering, for example, object-oriented design and knowledge of system design patterns
• Outstanding tester of own work and great experience with automated testing
• Enthusiastic about the need o produce good system documentation (I.e., experience with Sphinx)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
