The main tasks for the Project Manager – Business Consultant will be:

The Candidate should have:

• Capability to deal with senior stakeholders utilizing proper level of details, language, and fit-to-purpose communication.
• Capability to work in a constantly shifting environment
• Solid project managing skills involving agile methods.
• A higher education grade if possible in:
  • business
  • technology
  • science or engineering
• Least 3 years of practice in project administration in large-scale ventures or programs within distributed multicultural settings.
• Practice in change organization, business assessment and process changes.
• Expertise of:
  • Microsoft Office
  • MS project
  • MS Share Point
  • JIRA
  • Azure Dev Ops
  • other project management devices
• One or additional business certifications:
  • Prince 2
  • PMP
  • Agile PM
  • PMI-ACP
  • CSM/PSM
  • SAFe
• Capability and enthusiasm to travel.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Additional European language.
• Practice in working at consulting companies.
• Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis accreditation.
