The main tasks for the Project Manager/Business Consultant will be:

• Supporting our clients in the business and organizational transformation process, actively becoming a trusted consultant in PM subject matters for both clients and company’s colleagues
• Consulting and recommending basing on client’s requirement and developing relationships with team members across all practises to serve client needs. Collaborating with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met

The Candidate should have:

• Educational background with university degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments
• Background in change management, business analysis and process transformations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools
• At least one industry certificate: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe
• Ability and readiness to travel
• Good planning and organizing, ability to look holistically as well as focused on details and errorless delivery
• Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication
• Capability to work in a continuously changing environment, proactive with can-do-attitude, looking for solutions and opportunities
• Excellent project management skills including agile methods
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of further European language
• Professional background in consulting companies
• Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis certification
