The main tasks for the Project Manager will be:

• The leadership of resource utilization and allocation to make sure that the right resources with the right skills and capabilities are assigned to all projects to deliver a quality
• Managing numerous concurrent projects in a portfolio following triple limitation
• Working on complicated projects where analyzing situations or data demands a comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors
• Representing the organization to external customers on a frequent basis
• Management of relationships with the project team, sponsors, resource managers and other stakeholders
• Delivery of Application development projects to scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high quality
• Assisting in early qualification and evaluation of medium to large and complex opportunities
• Successfully communicating the status of a project and key project indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and customers and if necessary, the entire enterprise
• Promoting business development, including identifying and developing new possibilities with clients
• Directing the development of project strategy design, project role staffing, problem-solving, and recovery on projects at risk
• Management of higher-level client relationships
• Management of financial and P&L responsibility

The Candidate should have:

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Master’s degree and minimum 7 years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful application projects
• Familiarity with tools: e.g. Jira, Confluence
• Background in working with remote teams
• Strong leadership and responsibility skills
• Agile experience and certification
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
• Capability to work under time pressure and meet project schedules
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and duties
• A cooperative, flexible and responsive approach to people
• Fluency in English
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of the German language
