The main tasks for Project Manager will be:
  • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering the IS project outcomes to time, scope, cost and agreed quality
  • Defining, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation
  • Coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, managing timelines, maintaining project plans, and communicating status to key stakeholders
  • Defining, jointly with key stakeholders, all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans
  • Effectively organizing, monitoring and controlling activities to assure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources
  • Monitoring and controlling project cost and financials. Identifying, containing and reducing risk, and assuring that all opportunities are captured and acted upon
  • Using knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project, assessing what information they have and don’t have, the risks and issues that may arise during the project and to decide on the best way to proceed
  • Monitoring and controlling the project management processes
  • Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress, proactively managing and mitigating project risks
  • Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow
  • Assuring that the project applies contract and claims management in accordance with contractual agreements
  • Assuring the successful close down of the project on project completion and the capture and documentation of lessons learned
  • Executing IS project communication, reporting IS project performance against plan and expected business outcome
  • Making sure that the IS project is successfully delivered and closely collaborating with Business PM on overall project success
  • Conducting IS Project assessments and gate passing assessments in the domain of expertise
  • Realizing business value through successful project delivery and deployment
  • Satisfying Stakeholders with the project outcomes
  • Keeping up to date and informing about any change in strategy, and is consulted regarding any incident or other project which has, or might have, a major impact on the project
  • Serving as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues
  • Effectively communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly and to achieve desired understanding and support
  • Managing stakeholders’ expectations and relationships
  • Defining project governance: Steco, opco, reference team
  • Ensuring projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard Company’s internal directives and procedures
  • Ensuring appropriate Company’s IS Project Management standards and methods are followed
  • Executing, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification
  • Acting in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies; with company’s Regulations and Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned
  • Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones

The Candidate should have:
  • Educational background with Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, computer systems, business engineering or in related field
  • Documented professional background with:
    • IS Project Methodology
    • IS Project Governance Model
    • Agile Project Management
  • Certificate in ITIL 4 foundation
  • Outstanding influence competences to drive transformation across the whole IS community
  • Willingness to continuously improve the IS experience, make it more enjoyable and productive for consumers
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved in them
  • Superb resource planning and task management skills
  • Proven skills to build solid relationships with the customers based on trust, professionalism and transparency
  • Proven customer focus with the capability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Expertise in project and product management
  • Background with increasing complexity, budget and business risk level
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
  • Experience in successful delivery of products with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodology, optimally within global corporation environment
  • Good organize, time managing, decision making, negotiation skills, optimism, flexibility, persistence, quality orientation
  • Practical skill or prior exposure to Nonviolent Communication (NVC; or its equivalents) highly desired
  • Capability to:
    • Facilitate an effective retrospective meeting, also with challenging audience (anxiety, helplessness, apathy, detachment, resignation, etc.)
    • Work with virtual teams in international environment
  • Experience with:
    • IS Project Management toolbox
    • Financial management and controlling for the projects
  • Strong people management skills
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
