Main tasks for the Project Manager will be:

• Define and describe the project scope and targets together with the Product Management
• Prepare budget according to scope of work (cost plan) and resource requirements (based on Product Manager input)
• Track project costs in order to fulfill the requirements of the budget
• Improve and manage a detailed project and work plan
• Provide project upgrades on a constant basis to the Product Manager and other various shareholders about techniques, adjustments, and progress
• Control and oversee progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain the project data in Service Now

The Candidate should have:

• Appropriate skills for Project Management, Shareholders management, Simplify of problems and conflict solving.
• Experience in management of cultural diversity: respect for different cultures and understanding how to work effectively with a variety of cultures
• Experience in management of changes in lesser scope and impacts
• Operating in a matrix organization and development of most influential skills
• Proven ability to solve problems by coming up with creative solution
• Strong familiarity with project management software technologies, techniques, and best practices (Service Now, Sharepoint, Power BI, etc)
• Experience in project lifecycle
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and time
• Knowledge of the roles in teams and units contributing team members, and the roles of units which hold a stake in the project, both in the Business and IT
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
