The Candidate should have:

• Operative knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile)
• Remarkable planning skills in challenging environment with varied IT systems
• Leading project meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing status updates to senior management
• Analysis of project risks, problems and trigger solving process
• Experienced in test management
• Overseeing of financial condition of the program
• Management of RTO requests – infrastructure/VTS
• Excellent

• Banking industry and products knowledge
• Proven experience with complex IT program deliveries

• Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of banking industry tools and processes (SIM, PM, RM, security)
• Previous successful services of banking industry software in related role
• Handover period: 3 months
