The main tasks for the Product Designer (UX) will be:

• Designing and providing specific design for development (workflows, journey maps, prototypes, page flows, wireframes, sitemaps, etc.)
• Collaborating with product teams and mastering the full UX design cycle including user research, prototyping, and mockups
• Preparing projects based on stakeholders’ feedback, technical constraints, and business decisions
• Creating visually rich mockups and UI assets according to design system and branding standards
• Leading the team to keep up with industry practices to deliver cutting-edge applications

The Candidate should have:

• At least 4 years of working experience in a position of
  • UX designer
  • User interface designer
  • Information architect
  • Interaction designer
  • Visual designer
  • Or similar role
• Skills in the use of a tool kit
  • Adobe XD
  • Figma
  • Mural
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • InVision
  • Illustrator
  • Sketch
• Demonstrated knowledge of web application design trends, patterns, usability, technical considerations, and best practices
• Good knowledge of
  • User research and prototyping methodologies
  • User-centered design and usability principals
• Interest in developing creative solutions to problems and cutting-edge designs
• Ability to work face to face or in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Good German or other European language skills (oral and written)

• Experience designing complex data visualization and dashboards
