Seargin is looking for a Procurement System Specialist

Main tasks for the Procurement System Specialist will be:
  • Designing and developing software that is reliable, testable, easily maintainable, and resilient
  • Seeking opportunities to continuous learn and improvement for himself/herself and his/her team – mentoring and guiding less experience colleagues
  • Closely collaborating with business users, IT architects, and different teams inside the company
  • Challenging the way we do things
  • Participating in solving incidents and defects
  • Working with Ivalua, Dynamics AX, BizTalk, Miro, JIRA

The Candidate should have:
  • Experience with configuration of Source-to-Pay SaaS solutions (preferably Ivalua)
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • Procurement processes
    • Data analysis
    • Automated testing
  • Ability to work remotely and open to relocation to Vilnius (post Covid)
  • Capability to solve problems in Innovative and creative ways
  • Curiosity to learn and try new technologies
  • “Can do” mentality
  • Open-mind
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
