Seargin is looking for an Identity & Access Management Support- GRC Specialist

The main tasks for the Identity & Access Management Support- GRC Specialist will be:

• Providing third-level support for the tool for access risk identification in SAP-systems (TARIS)
• Resolving incidents in the area of Access and Authorization Management on SAP systems while maintaining certain quality regulations
• Analyzing incidents, identifying causes of error, forwarding to the Company internal Problem Management
• Communicating with incident reporters, SAP Application Owners, SAP Basis teams and other groups in incident handling
• Providing help in defining, testing, documenting and reporting new support functionalities
• Identifying new support cases, developing solutions for them, adapt with those responsible for the product
• Processing/answering to queries/comments in relevant support channels (ITIL tools, forum, docupedia)

The Candidate should have:

• Several years of experience in supporting complex and dispersed enterprise IT solutions
• In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP user and authorization management
• Familiarity with GRC tools for access or authorization management in SAP systems
• Basic knowledge in SAP application modules, databases and technical interfaces
• Motivation and openness to work in diverse / cross-cultural / distributed / virtual teams
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had:
