The main tasks for the Portfolio Analyst will be:

• Collaborating with business, strategy, and finance teams to assure input on the full funnel of integrated planning, resource & capacity planning, and execution for the technology team
• Defining and delivering Portfolio reports that provide strategic insights and hold cross-functional leads accountable for delivering results

The Candidate should have:

• Portfolio Management Experience
• Proven ability to develop business relationships and communicate successfully with people at all levels of management
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Industry Experience: CPG, Retail & Consumer goods, Manufacturing & Hi-tech
• Scrum/Agile experience and training
• Management Service background
• Experience with
  • Tools like Aha! JIRA, Confluence, Planisware, or other PPM tools
  • Managing technology delivery teams (Cybersecurity, Privacy, Data Analytics…)
• Ability to travel to Portland
