Seargin is looking for a Portal Solution Lead

Main tasks for the Portal Solution Lead will be:

• Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of new Portal Solution Functions, including its improvement.
• Constantly improves, owns, and perform Portal Solution track. Describes and discuss Portal Solution Vision with shareholders.
• Be in charge of the translation of Portal Solution track and client demand functions into well-made Portal Solution requirements with all features, user stories, and acceptance test standards.
• Manage prioritizing and maintenance of the Portal Solution backlog across numerous scrum teams.
• Consider demand against capacity, and negotiate delivery content and timelines collaborating shareholder.
• Leads the Portal Solution design process across the various skills contributing: Portal Solutions, development, UX, data.
• Guarantee that all activities are executed in order defined by well-kept Portal Solution backlog.
• Defines and executes deployment plan, working to make sure that technology organization teams, product management, marketing, and sales have appropriate sources which will help them to succeed
• Improves and maintains specific tracking and reporting of Portal Solution performance and stability to estimate and create demand for future investment.
• Expert in leading Agile working environments, continuously reviewing business demand to refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and analyze chances and risks.

The Candidate should have:

• Balance between technical and business knowledge
• Proactive and independent with an excellent project management skills and developed multitasking
• High degree of organization
• Bachelor’s degree and experience leading large, complex product or Portal Solution design and development teams.
• Proven records of delivering data driven Portal Solutions
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering groups and high degree of expertise in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile rules.
• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence Portal Solutions, including a large number of different mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
• Experience with consumer-facing portal technologies, particularly on the financial services area.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
