Seargin is looking for a Partner Relations Administrative Assistant

  • Position: Partner Relations Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Gdańsk

The main tasks for the Partner Relations Administrative Assistant will be:
  • Creating and retaining positive collaboration with Business Partners and ongoing support
  • Routine contact with subcontractors in the area of soft HR,
  • Cyclic authentication of subcontractor-implemented KPI's and training,
  • Managing the process of negotiating contracts and annexes,
  • Observing the proper performance of contract provisions, e.g., the execution of relevant training or KPIs by Business Partners,
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process,
  • Taking care of the proper circulation of documentation between the Partner and other departments of the company,
  • Taking care of the quality of service and shaping a positive image of Seargin,
  • Supporting the HR department with ongoing projects.
The Candidate should have:
  • Higher education or in the course of part-time studies
  • Very good and practical expertise in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Very good work organization and organization skills
  • Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in performing assigned tasks
  • Positive attitude toward people
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
