Seargin is looking for a .NET Software Architects Lead

  • Position: .NET Software Architects Lead

The main tasks for the .NET Software Architects Lead will be:
  • Supporting the project manager during the estimation process
  • Committing to delivering solutions according to agreed planning and budget
  • Identifying and reporting project risks and proposing mitigation actions
  • Being the client-facing person for all technical and conceptual discussions
  • Providing technical recommendations and solving complex issues
  • Leading the development team (planning, risks, task allocation)
  • Assisting in:
    • Defining the technology roadmap for the unit
    • Developing adequate training/certifications plans for unit members
  • Participating in pre-sales activities by designing solutions for new clients
  • Coaching architects and senior developers
The Candidate should have:
  • Professional background in software engineering, development, and architecture
  • Awareness of architectural principles (SOA, TOGAF/IAF) and ability to understand/implement application architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • SOLID, design patterns, microservices
    • .NET Framework 3.5, .NET Core or later
    • SQL
  • Familiarity with the following methodologies: SCRUM, Agile, Application Design, TDD
  • Knowledge of NHibernate and/or Entity Framework
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Knowledge of:
    • Azure
    • Angular/React.js
    • DevOps CI/CD and background in creating DevOps culture
