Main tasks for the .NET Engineer will be:

• As a contractor become an integrated and important part of a team cooperating with security element in our app. The team based in Denmark and Lithuania – your main work location will be in Vilnius, Lithuania (where majority of the team is also placed).
• Design and create for usability, performance, scale and maintainability – with particular focus on Backend code (C# micro services, API development, working with containers, etc.).
• Guarantee that services and processes adherence to security and compliance rules.
• Bring contribution to maintenance and operational condition for current and new systems; help solving production problems and incidents.
• Work closely with architects, different software engineers, and business analysts.
• Take part in Scrum Events and daily development activities in purpose of achieving success with the project.

The Candidate should have:

• 5-7 years of significant experience with C#/.NET development, REST APIs, micro services, and SQL.
• Substantial experience with DevOps tools and processes, make automation and orchestration technologies.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Knowledge of the modern web/app improvement stack and cloud-native development.
• Proficiency with message brokers: RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ or different.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Telemetry technologies expertise (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
