The main tasks for the Mulesoft API Lead Developer will be:

• Participating in large-scale agile projects
• Improving, deploying, and servicing R&D ITs digital solutions and working in an agile, motivating, and ambitious environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key
• Handling the ongoing development and life-cycle management of APIs and integrations to support the Clinical Digitalisation

The Candidate should have:

• University background in Computer Science and software development, and an extensive experience within:
  • Infrastructure, APIs, and integrations – hereunder design and development of MuleSoft integrations
  • Integration best practices and testing guides in general
  • MuleSoft DevOps tools, processes, and support capabilities
  • Mule administration, configuration, and tuning
  • Python development
  • Security and Authentication (OIDC, logging, auditing, and policy management)
  • 3 Layer API methodology
  • Cl/CD Pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Automated unit testing, code quality inspection, and integration testing
• Knowledge of MuleSoft DevOps tools, processes, and support capabilities.<bri>Infrastructure, APIs, and integrations – hereunder design and development of MuleSoft integrations
• Openness to feedback to grow new soil skills
• A structured approach to organizing work in parallel running projects
• Capability to set the direction and lead a team of developers in a scrum team
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multi-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate in hybrid teams of all sizes
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken) and being comfortable presenting topics to a larger audience

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Background in:
  • Security
  • Logging
  • Auditing
  • Policy Management
  • Performance Monitoring
  • KPIs for end-to-end process execution
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and ServiceNow
