Seargin is looking for a Marketing Manager

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Developing a marketing strategy for Seargin Limited Companies.
• Creating and managing the development of projects that build brand awareness;
• Team and budget management;
• Content planning (articles, e-mails, website, online advertising, video, blog, etc.);
• Strategy evaluation and recommendation of improvements;
• Searching for new solutions and implementing best practices;
• Identifying trends to maximize campaign KPIs;
• Analyzing and reporting of competition activities;
• Support in participation in conferences or job fairs;
• Cooperation with other departments e.g. sales, recruitment, HR.

Our requrements:

• Experience in creating (creating and implementing) a marketing strategy;
• Goal orientation and the ability to analyze results and draw conclusions;
• Ability to coordinate and plan activities (many projects at the same time);
• Experience in team management,
• Experience in budget planning and monitoring;
• High independence in the implementation of tasks;
• English language - native
• Experience in the IT industry;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge and ability to use many communication channels, tools and technologies;
• Creativity;
• Knowledge of trends in the marketing area;
• Knowledge of trends in the marketing area;
• Ability to work in an international environment.
