The main tasks for the Lead Tribe Architect will be:

• Running the architecture department and being a sparring partner for your 4 solution architects
• Supporting extensive legacy application modernization initiatives throughout Risk tribe’s IT environment – across 15 squads
• Creating target architecture, roadmaps etc.
• Collaborating with other architects in the organization
• Conducting tribe-wide initiatives
• Inspiring colleagues by setting an example of professionalism and proper work ethics
• Collaborating with various stakeholders
• Providing architecture compliance with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines

The Candidate should have:

• Appropriate certifications like AWS certified solution architect, TOGAF etc.
• Enthusiastic about new tech
• Solution and Enterprise architecture experience at scale
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (private/public), standards and operational setup
• Ability to
  • Challenge existing thinking based on experience with new technologies
  • Communicate with both business and technical peers and senior management
  • Inspire and motivate large groups of people
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
