The main tasks for the Lead Developer S/4 Hana will be:

• ​Working as consultant and supporting the development team with software design and development techniques
• Leading and revising technical design decisions in collaboration with the development team
• Supporting the continuous improvement process of the development team to create high quality software
• Conducting regular design and code reviews and determining improvement measures with the development team
• Managing software implementations
• Ensuring that the development manager’s performance is in line with the development model

The Candidate should have:

• Solid knowledge and experience in
  • Full stack S/4 HANA (frontend, backend, hybrid)
  • Software Engineering (method, modelling, software design)
• Expertise in development
• Strong team skills, ability to convince
• Experience in agile development, acting as role model
• Knowledge multiplier, strong design skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
