Seargin is looking for a Lead Developer

The main tasks for the Lead Developer will be:

• Being accountable for developing state of the art analytics applications established on our SAP data
• Being accountable for establishing ETL pipelines
• Being the contact person for the Product Owner to obtain business needs and convert them into technical ideas
• Giving technical assistance to the development crew of the stream in evaluating work packages
• Being in the loop of all actions linked to the stream
• Being a contact person for developers to focus on technological and conceptual trials and help them in resolving those
• Helping out and assisting in development duties where required.

The Candidate should have:

• Familiarity with the data models of SAP ERP
• Development experience:
  • Oracle 19c
  • Talend
  • Oracle Golden Gate,
  • Microsoft Power BI
• Sense of data warehouse developments and constructing reporting solutions
• Expertise of:
  • GitFlow
  • Release Management
  • Continues Integration
  • Continues Delivery (CI/CD)
• Understanding of writing practical documentation
• Skill in working in an agile setting
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Very good feel of PL/SQL, Python
