The main tasks for the Lead Architect will be:

• Running the architectural runway and reference design for offshore Operations
• Managing the backlog and prioritization according to risks and portfolio performance worldwide
• Securing change management for running offshore assets infrastructure
• Supervising the implementation of internal and external service contracts
• Leading major strategic improvement initiatives

The Candidate should have:

• Knowledge of IT security standards such as
  • NERC-CIP
  • ISO2700x
  • IEC62443
• Ability to engage and interact with various stakeholders throughout the business and internal or external suppliers
• Interest in guiding business decisions, project arrangements, and implementation through internal or external service contracts
• Solid experience with
  • Implementation of cybersecurity directives in communication networks
  • IT/OT infrastructure architecture
  • Design, execution and maintenance of communication networks like LAN and WAN
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
