Seargin is looking for a Junior Guidewire Java Engineer

  • Position: Junior Guidewire Java Engineer

The Candidate should have:
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills in software development
  • Expertise in Java development
  • Understanding of a few of JVM technologies or similar (e.g. Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, any Application Server, any Enterprise Messaging System)
  • Awareness of good programming practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns)
  • Willingness to business travels to the customers locations as necessary
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Knowledge of German Language
