The main tasks for the Java Developer will be:

• Designing and developing applications in Java, working with construction based on Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design notions
• Analyzing current:
  • Systems
  • Business processes
  • Obligations in close collaboration with inner stakeholders as well as exterior partners
  • Solutions
• Transforming current commercial applications from existing technology stack to the new state-of-the-art Cloud platform
• Creating automated tests, code coverage as a minimum 80% of code lines
• Working on all sections of the software development growth
• Working directly with associates from all around the world, some travelling anticipated

The Candidate should have:

• BSc/MSc in:
  • Computer science
  • Mathematics, physics
  • Engineering
  • Or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of specialized involvement in a comparable position
• Good object programming and Java abilities, together with understanding of:
  • JPA
  • CDI
  • JTA
  • JAX-RS
  • Servlet
  • Messaging
  • Batch
  • Stream processing, Logging & Observing
• Practices in software design and modelling means
• Relational databases and SQL abilities
• Ability of software development practices flexibility and high client positioning
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Exercise in agile software development utilizing Scrum or KANBAN framework
• Interest in cloud based tools and micro service growth
• Container orchestration
• Practice in designing distributed computing and web services structures and constructing large scale applications
• Practice in test-driven development
• Messaging (Apache Kafka)
• Operating capability or understanding of global logistics context
• Polish and German language skills.
