The main tasks for the Java Developer will be:

The Candidate should have:

• Solid knowledge of:
  • Spring Boot/Spring Data
  • Maven2/Gradle
  • JAVA 8+
  • REST
• Expertise in Docker/Kubernetes and Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google)
• Willingness to work with MongoDB database (we have SQL-free technology stack)
• Practical understanding of:
  • Microservices
  • Design and architectural patterns (eg. Cqrs)
  • Clean code
  • CI/CD
  • TDD/BDD
  • Event Driven Architecture
  • DDD
• Familiarity with software tools: IntelliJ, GIT, GitLab, JIRA, Jenkins, Argo CD
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of: Groovy, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, Spring Cloud
• Capability to enter meetings in evenings/late afternoon sometimes
• Willingness to improve current processes, questioning existing solutions
• Experience in Agile methodology
