The main tasks for the Java Developer will be:

• Looking for solutions for unexplained problems to solve multifaceted problems and share the solutions with the crew or division.
• Improving existing solutions
• Developing own solutions, testing them, and preparing for the release
• Working closely with colleagues
• Working on methodological necessities examination with analysts and testers to deliver definition of done, triumph and failure criteria that could be measured and followed during the project.
• Being dev lead if required
• Being able to ask tough technological queries during the employment process.

The Candidate should have:

• 3 years of expert software engineer/developer role recognized
• Aptitude to develop in Java.
• Information on design patterns and their use cases.
• Knowledge of Spring, EJB, ORM.
• Knowledge of some front-end frameworks:
  • AngularJS
  • Bootstrap
  • JSF
  • ExtJS
  • React
• Aptitude to write unit/integration tests for code
• Aptitude to present solutions
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Scrum / Kanban involvement
• PowerPoint/reveal.js/markdown
