    Seargin is looking for an IT Support

    • Position: IT Support
    • Technologies: MS Office, Windows 10
    • Localization: Parchim/Remote
    • Area: Project 
    • Form of employment: Permanent /B2B contract
    • Experience Level: Junior/Mid

    The main tasks for the IT Support will be:
    • Providing IT Support for the location in Parchim (2nd Level)
    • Working with tickets in ITSM tool
    • Holding error-analysis and finding problem solutions for Laptops, Desktop-PCs, Printer, and Mobile phones
    • Setting up and installing new devices
    • Instructing/contacting external service provider for maintenance and repair of hardware
    • Coordinating external infrastructure and applications vendors
    • Supporting of running IT Projects

    The Candidate should have:
    • Educational background as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-System-Electronics or similar
    • Professional experience in an IT Service Desk Environment
    • Proficiency in WIN10, Office 365, Mobile phones (iPhone, Samsung)
    • High Customer – and Service orientation
    • Self-driven and structured way of work
    • Flexibility and customer-friendly attitude
    • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
    • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
    • Fluency in German
    • Great English skills (written and spoken)
