The main tasks for the IT Security Risk Analyst will be:

• Perform technical Security Risk Evaluations for new solutions, through process-level walkthroughs, control testing, etc
• A critical assessment of recognized and newly developed computer systems and networks
• Defining practical solutions to reduce associated (technical) dangers to appropriate levels and enabling projects to continue where feasible
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting mitigation and resolution of risks
• Effectively communicating key threats, conclusions, and suggestions for progress with key stakeholders, in line with Company Security Standards and recognized Security Best Practices
• Overseeing the application of specialized security controls and performing pre-go-live checks

The Candidate should have:

• A comprehensive grasp of computer networking systems, database management, SAAS, PAAS, and internet safety
• Capability to convey technological ideas and translate technical dangers into significant business risk
• Good understanding of IT principles, regulations, and laws
• Capability to operate and aid multiple projects under rigorous timelines in a challenging, dynamic setting
• Solution focus on presenting safe options where possible
• Guarantee mitigation levels of dangers are tracked in GRC tool
• Bachelor’s grade in:
  • Computer Science
  • Cyber Security
  • Information Technology
  • or a similar technical degree
• Life science industry practice, especially in the area of GxP
• 3-5 years or more involvement in the IT Cybersecurity domain
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Background knowledge in:
  • Security Structure,
  • Penetration Testing
  • Cloud Security
  • Secure Software Development would be highly advantageous
• Practice or understanding of 3rd party/vendor managing lifecycle
• Other Language
• Security certifications
