Main tasks for the IT Researcher will be:

• Driving data technology
• Take responsibility for research (Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine and Deep Learning as example areas).
• Take part in execution of research activities
• execute research and backlog;
• Work with IT R&D Delivery Team to deliver research results on time and up to standard;
• Work closely with with the IT R&D Lead Expert in setting up and executing scope of assigned researches;
• Be responsible for making research documentation (whitepaper, communication materials) and PoC code (within agreed scope of the research);
• Discuss future business and technology challenges;
• deep dive and analysis of available knowledge resources (example Forester, Gartner);
• Discovering and understanding new and trending technologies and being up to date with them
• Successful communication within and outside of the team;

The Candidate should have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
