The main tasks for the IT Quality Engineer will be:

• Closely cooperating with internal company customers to improve the quality of new products and services in the area of development and operation. The Candidate should be open to new trends in IT and enjoy working in multi-national and multi-cultural teams
• Being a part of IT projects in innovative areas like AIoT, Manufacturing IT, and Automation
• Being responsible for the initiation, coordination, and method support of internal continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting IT projects with individual quality management consulting giving advice for the best and most efficient approaches
• Supporting in further development of the quality approach in the company’s IT projects
• Collaborating with the development team on the quality in best in class company IT products

The Candidate should have:

• Personality traits: flexibility, resiliency, self-motivation, confident in appearance, interculturally open and strong in assertiveness
• A structured and proactive way of working
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of ​​software development including roll-out, product approval or operation as well as in product design.
• Enjoyment of work in a dynamic and innovative environment
• Finished studies with a focus in information technology (Computer Science etc.) or similar qualification
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of the German language
• Process quality management and project management skills
