The main tasks for the IT Manager – EU Account will be:

• Providing IT advisory services to the EU Organizations, on various policy fields run by several DGs and EU Agencies and including all main sections of the European digital program
• Being involved in the delivery of interaction and outreach projects through the use of stakeholder’s commitment methods and instruments
• Managing a squad of consultants.

The Candidate should have:

• Master Degree and an IT background with solid affinity with business/technology
• Recognized understanding and familiarity in EU ventures and EU Digital agenda and Priorities
• At least 6 years overall work experience at European and/or global level after having concluded studies.
• Trained on one or various or have a good understanding of:
  • PMP
  • Prince2
  • PM2
  • ITIL
  • TOGAF, etc.
• Business spirit & superb business development abilities
• Underlying motivation to help create and improve relations with our customers
• Dedication to assist the development of others through taking on training and counselling roles for crew members
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had:
