Seargin is looking for an IT Analyst

  • Position: IT Analyst
  • Technologies: IT Analyst, Business Analyst, BPMN
  • Location: Warsaw/Wroclaw and remote
  • Area: Project
  • Form of employment: B2B
  • Experience Level: Regular

The Candidate should have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar job position
  • Operative knowledge of BPMN, UML
  • Expertise in analyzing and modifying business processes
  • Meetings facilitations, appropriate skills to align with crucial shareholders in Front Office & IT
  • Experience in agile software development
  • Knowledge or experience in the area of finance, taxes and economics will be an advantage
  • Experience in support of very high profiles in delivery execution
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had:
