Seargin is looking for an Identity and Access Support Specialist

The main tasks for the Identity and Access Support Specialist will be:

• Providing 3rd-level support for all IAM topics of the Company focused on One Identity Manager
• Identifying, clarifying, and resolving Identity/Access Management incidents on various platforms while adhering to specified quality regulations
• Analyzing incidents deeply, identifying error causes, forwarding to the Company’s internal Problem Management
• Processing/reacting to questions/comments in related support channels (ITIL tools, forum, docupedia)
• Assisting in defining, testing, documenting, and reporting on new support features
• Identifying new support cases, developing approaches to resolve them, aligning with product responsible

The Candidate should have:

• Few years of background in support of complex and distributed enterprise IT solutions with very good ITIL know-how
• Deep expertise in Identity Management and Identity Master Data Management
• General process knowledge and capability to apply it in complex IT environments
• Fundamental understanding of software development and database technologies (scripting, SQL)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Good German skills
• Further language skills
