Seargin is looking for an HR Administration Specialist

The main tasks of the HR Administration Specialist will be:
- Preparing full personnel documentation of employees and assistance to employees in all HR matters
- Checking contracts and preparing documents for signature
- Taking care of the proper circulation of employee documentation
- Contacting the provider of HR and payroll services in all HR matters
- Contacting with lawyers
- Checking employees' absences in accordance with the attendance list and sick leave list
- Collecting payroll data, eg. overtime hours, rewards, information on employee absence settlements; settlement of contractors' hours
- Calculating leaves and periodic control of leave compliance with the system
- Keeping an eye on the terms of employment and commission contracts
- Keeping records of employees
- Preparing employee attendance reports
- Arranging employees for preliminary, periodic, and control examinations of occupational medicine and keeping track of examination dates
- Keeping health and safety documentation (collecting signatures, updating documents, preparing health and safety cards)
- Organizing health and safety, fire protection, first aid training, and training for managers
- Preparing the process of introducing new employees in accordance with the process,
- Taking care of new employees on the first day of work and providing the necessary information on HR matters and work organization,
- Offboarding of employees (up-to-date information on other departments about personnel changes, holiday calculation, circulation card printing),
- Reporting to the Management Board on any personnel changes on a monthly basis,
- Organizing internal and external training for employees and keeping training cards for each employee,
- Keeping records of documentation regarding the processing of personal data and resignation from PPK
- Keeping records for English classes and supervising attendance,
- Supporting the HR department in the areas of soft HR: creating career paths, creating a training plan for employees, etc.
- Supporting the superior in current matters.
The Candidate should have:
- Higher education (management, human resources management or related fields),
- Knowledge of labor law regulations,
- Experience in working in a similar position for at least 2 years,
- Fluent knowledge of the Office package,
- High level of responsibility and independence,
- Proactive and multitasking approach to everyday duties,
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
