Seargin is looking for a Group IDT Systems Engineer

• Position: Group IDT Systems Engineer
• Technologies: IDT Infrastructure, Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN networks
• Localization: Łódź with 2 days of remote work per week
• Area: Maintenance
• Form of employment: Permanent contract
• Experience Level: Mid

Main tasks for the Group IDT Systems Engineer will be:

• Implementing key projects in IDT infrastructure
• Engineering, implementing and monitoring measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information
• Managing and supporting the company’s Windows Active Directory environment
• Documenting, testing and implementing recovery plans
• Assuring IT asset configuration and change management is practice, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information
• Responding to emergency IT Infrastructure outages (Active Directory, LAN, … related) in an accurate and professional way

The Candidate should have:

• Educational background with Master / Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in different aspects of IDT Infrastructure in a multisite organization
• Experience in Windows Server & Active Directory (Microsoft MCSE – Server Infrastructure – certification is an advantage) with good understanding of the used technical protocols, components and services
• Deep knowledge of LAN networks
• Experience with project management (from conception to completion)
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
• Readiness to travel occasionally
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of:
  • An additional language
  • PowerShell scripting
