Main tasks for the Expert Quality Assurance Analyst will be:

• Take responsibility for improvements and doing test cases that checks user stories or application requirements,
• Incumbents report issues and analyze defect fixes on software application products,
• Leads on a team that performs exhaustive testing of all assigned software systems to guarantee compliance with system specifications and delivery of quality solutions to clients,
• Incumbents may act as the user advocate within a development team ensuring the quality of software solutions to business opportunities both in terms of meeting the functional specification and in being defect-free
• Interprets user issues and propose appropriate system change to fix errors and enhance system functionality and performance
• Provides on-going QA support for projects as required with validation of reported issues, often supporting the development team in interpreting the nature of requested changes and guarantee that the modifications do not affect other core functionality
• Review and provide opinions on software requirements and specifications
• Incumbents are expected to help in creation and maintain QA operating statements and provide consulting and advice to project teams
• Designate direction to other QA analysts and supports to coach and help members of the QA team.

The Candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or related work experience and technical training
• At least 7 years of experience in software testing with Quality Assurance Standards, QA methods, and QA documentation,
• Proficiency in all aspects of software testing with Quality Assurance Standards, QA methods, and QA documentation,
• Appropriate skills to oversee broader process problems and recommend any development changes
• Significant understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development concepts
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
