Seargin is looking for an Expert Fullstack Developer

Main tasks for the Expert Fullstack Developer will be:

• Designing and creating system architectures, preparing specifications and analysis of functional and technical requirements
• Designing CI/CD pipelines
• Bringing new technologies to the projects, proposing and defining technical solutions based on business requirements
• Presenting technical solutions in front of partners/clients and negotiating new technologies to be used

The Candidate should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in various projects using required technologies as a fullstack developer
• Experience as technical leader in at least three different projects or three years
• Practical experience on troubleshooting complex technical issues and willingness to constantly learn cutting edge technologies and master new engineering skills
• Willingness to mentor younger developers and influence organizational aspects of the projects with emphasis on agile principles
• Experience in:
  • DevOps duties
  • Adaptive approach (SCRUM, iterative delivery)
  • Architect/designer role
  • Closely cooperating with partners / clients in tech area / defining requirements
• Knowledge of:
  • Java 8
  • Basics of functional programming
  • Spring Stack (spring-boot, spring-data, spring-security)
  • MongoDB / Relational Database (MySQL, OracleDB, PostgresSQL)
  • Junit/Spock with Groovy
  • Angular 7+/Vue.js/React with CLI/rx-js/ng-jx
  • Jest/Jasmine/Mocha + Karma
  • CSS3, HTML
• Familiarity with:
  • Docker
  • GCP/AWS/OpenStack
  • Git
  • Jira
  • Jenkins/Bamboo
  • Bitbucket/Gitlab/Github
  • Following practices: Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work after 5PM 2-3 times a week (gRED)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
