Seargin is looking for a Digital Business Analyst

  • Position: Digital Business Analyst
  • Technologies: Business Process Modelling, User story mapping, Data analysis
  • Area: Project
  • Localization: Brussels
  • Form of employment: Contract
Main tasks for the Digital Business Analyst will be:
  • Participate in the search & delivery of the most effective solutions to complex business incidents and bring contribution to the creation & update of the predictive track
  • Create a connection between all shareholders & fulfill the client’s requirements
  • Take care of Requirements management and communication and guarantee good understanding of business’ requirements
  • Provide support for the delivery status, takes care of any changes in management
  • Supervise the closure of problems during the warranty time
  • Bring contribution and support the high standards of quality of digital channels

The Candidate should have:
  • Minimum 3 years of expertise in Business Analysis
  • Experience working on digital modifications projects on a consulting area
  • Ability to modify cost/benefit analysis
  • Challenging Assumptions
  • Effective planning
  • User story mapping
  • Data analysis knowledge
  • Define requirements
  • Definition & Modeling
    • User Story Definition
    • Use case Defintion & Modeling
  • Business Process Analysis and Modelling
  • Fluent language skills in English and Dutch or French
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
